We have adopted strict, rigorously professional programs to protect the integrity of our vaccinations and maximize safety.

United Family Healthcare strictly follows Chinese national standards, and additionally strictly follows Joint Commission International (JCI) and other international standards for vaccine procurement, storage, and handling. No matter whether imported or locally manufactured vaccines, UFH vaccines come from formal, state-designated channels. Our vaccines are transported by qualified professionals trained by the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and with equipment used in strict accordance with state procurement and transportation procedures.

Vaccine storage at United Family Healthcare is equipped with a quality monitoring system and an alarm response mechanism. This includes a 24-hour electronic monitoring system for vaccine cold chain storage, whereby temperature is strictly controlled. A corresponding multi-level warning mechanism allows hospital staff to immediately respond to vaccine storage issues. Pharmacy staff performs weekly audits and strictly follows Chinese CDC protocols in handling damaged or expired vaccines.

United Family Healthcare will continue to actively cooperate with and support the strict implementation of China’s national vaccine regulatory system and related initiatives.
