Song LI

Dr. Li Song is from China. He received his medical degree from the Fourth Military Medical University. Dr. Song completed his post-graduate degree in medical imaging at the Post-graduate Medical School of the People’s Liberation Army. He worked as a resident sonologist and later became the attending sonologist at the General Hospital of the People’s Liberation Army. He was a fellow at both the Albany Medical Center and the Stony Brook University Hospital in the United States.

Dr. Li joined United Family Healthcare in 2002. After working in Beijing United Family Hospital for over 12 years, he now brings his extensive experience to Qingdao United Family Hospital. Dr. Li specializes in general abdominal, obstetrics and gynecology, vascular, small parts, transrectal, pediatric, and muscloskeletal ultrasound scanning and diagnosis. His strengths also include ultrasound-guided biopsy and intraoperative ultrasound.

Dr. Li has been published in the Ultrasound Quarterly, the Journal of Urology, the Journal of Clinical Ultrasound, the American Journal of Roentgenology, and Investigative Radiology. He has presented at the 1^st Annual Meeting of the Society for Molecular Imaging, the 87^th Scientific Assembly and Annual Meeting of the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA), and 11^th Annual Educational Symposium of Wound Healing Society. Dr. Li seeks to make his patients feel at home while under his care.
