Biography

Dr. Wang received his medical degree from Qingdao University School of Medicine in 1991 and later completed specialized training in many Beijing hospitals such as the Naval General Hospital and the PLA General Hospital from 1992 to 1993 successively. Before joining Qingdao United Family Hospital, Dr. Wang practiced at the PLA Navy 401 Hospital of Qingdao as an expert in radiation oncology.

Dr. Wang has worked for 30 years as a radiation oncologist, and has extensive clinical practice experiences. He specializes in imaging diagnosis and radiotherapy of many kinds of benign and malignant tumors. He is proficient in various radiotherapy technologies including uses of high-dose rate afterloader, linear accelerators, and gamma knife. He is good at precise radiotherapy for benign and malignant tumors, and comprehensive imaging evaluation of tumor treatment.

He is a member of Precision Radiotherapy Branch of China Society of Biomedical Engineering, the Director of Qingdao Anticancer Association, a member of Standing Committee of Qingdao Anticancer Association Cancer Rehabilitation Committee, and the Secretary of Qingdao Anticancer Association Cancer Radiotherapy Committee.
